I'm definitely not at my creative best into the night, or whenever I'm tired, although I can crank through mechanical tasks into the wee hours if required. I also can't think creatively while listening to my favourite rock'n'roll tracks, or online videos, but again those are fine (and helpful) when all I need to do is crank through a pile of mechanical tasks.
